September 10 at Kanata Community Christian Reformed Church, from 5:00 p.m. to
7:00 p.m.
September 12 at Calvin CRC from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
There will not be any classes on registration night. Classes will begin the week of
September 17.
Registration forms are listed below. Click on the name of the form you wish to
download or open, and then print and fill in the form. All files are in PDF format. Visit
the Adobe site if you need the Acrobat Reader software for viewing the PDF files.
Tuition fees for 2008 are:
45 minute classes $225.00
1 hour $260.00
1.25 hour $290.00
1.5 hour $325.00
1.75 h $350.00
If you are paying for more than two classes you can deduct $30.00 from each
additional class. Please add $25.00 per class for costume fees for Pre-dance
through Grade 2, and $30.00 per class for Grade 3 through the Senior Classes.
Please take your total fees and divide them in half, dating the cheques September
15/08 and January 2/09. Don't forget to include the volunteer forms and ticket
payments with your registration forms.
